Maximization of the selling price

Our ambitious marketing strategy has only one objective: to maximize the selling price of your property by using a proven process.
The marketing of the property begins with an off-market test phase . It is then offered to all of our clients as well as to those of UNIO, the leading luxury real estate network in Paris. In concrete terms, the property will reach 10% of the demand for it.
The aim of this phase is to test the maximum price of the property while avoiding "burning" it in the event that the price is too far from the market price. The strategy is adapted, or not, according to the off-market period.
Then begins, if necessary, the publication on specialized platforms where 100% of the demand is reached.
The visits trigger offers. They will be collected and put in competition to maximize the selling price. Once the offer is accepted, our post-marketing support begins.
